Hybrid Schedule: Our NYC team has transitioned back to working in the office on a regular hybrid schedule. At present, most team members are expected in the office an average of three (3) days a week. Decisions regarding any changes to our hybrid schedule will be communicated as we continue to closely monitor COVID-19 with employee safety as our priority.
What you will be doing:
You will support the eCommerce Sales Team with a focus on OXO’s business with Amazon.com and other pure play e-commerce accounts. In this role, you will proactively provide merchandising assistance to launch new product and drive sales of existing items, as well as coordinate key strategic programs to deliver results and grow our business online.
  • Coordinate the execution of online sales, merchandising and promotional strategies and provide analysis of results.
  • Proactively review account performance and discuss with manager on a regular basis; find opportunities for increased sales or improved profitability.
  • Maintain high levels of service and build positive relationships with assigned key accounts.
  • Work with channel partners to develop and implement seasonal online marketing calendars to marry sales and marketing initiatives across e-commerce retail platforms.
  • Conduct regular audits of retail partner sites for product information accuracy, content placement and opportunity.
  • Support Amazon Advertising activity and partner with external agency to drive traffic to OXO detail pages, build brand awareness and acquire new customers profitably.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure PO’s are shipping on time and without error.
  • Maintain and update customer assortment files as item transitions, new products and discontinuations occur.
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in both verbal and written, listening skills required
  • Ability to engage with all internal and external partners on matters of sales strategy and support
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 + years in sales
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
In California, Colorado, and New York City, the standard base pay range for this role is $21.93 - $32.90 hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
